JESSICA A. HERRERA

In her years as a paralegal, Jessica acquired rich experience in tax law, including federal and state of California audits and collections, international tax reporting and compliance matters, preparation of tax returns, tax refund litigation, property tax appeals, entity formation and entity compliance.  Jessica has had many successes as a paralegal and now as an attorney, including but not limited to, disputing IRS tax adjustments and obtaining tax refunds, preparation of a variety of legal opinions, including but not limited to California residency, California exit, foreign reporting compliance, Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (“OVDP”) options, analysis of foreign tax returns and tax matters, and is a tremendous support to her colleagues.

In her spare time Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and attending Bay Area sporting events. She also likes to cook and travel.
